At BARREL & BEYOND LTD, we take pride in the quality of our wines and the service we provide. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy ensures that you can shop with confidence.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including delivery charges.

Unopened & Unused Products

If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused bottles within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the goods are received and inspected. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Opened Bottles

We are unable to accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is deemed faulty.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method once we have received and approved your return.
