Vinification & Refinement

  • Pre-fermentative skin contact for 2 hours, followed by fermentation of the skinless must at controlled temperature of 17 °C

  • Refinement in steel tanks for 6 months

  • Sparkling wine process (prise de mousse) with addition of yeast and sugar, followed by 6 months aging on lees

  • Sugar dosage: 4 g/l

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Rose petal color with silky mousse

  • Nose: Aromas of pomegranate and white flowers

  • Palate: Savory, balanced, and harmonious

  • Serving Temperature: 8–10 °C
