Vinification & Refinement

  • Malolactic fermentation and refinement in Allier oak barrels for 9 months, then in steel tanks for 8 months

  • Bottle refinement for at least 7 months

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Intense bouquet of asparagus and red fruits with notes of spices and vanilla

  • Palate: Full-bodied, harmonious, and very persistent

  • Serving Temperature: 20 °C
